Winterization Services
(4-Stroke Only)

We recommend an oil and oil filter change in the fall, so your engine has fresh oil during the off-season.

• 4-Stroke Jet Ski Winterization:
  $175 + parts

  • (Parts may include oil, oil filter, fuel stabilizer, antifreeze, etc.)

• 4-Stroke Outboard Winterization:
  $225 + parts

  • (Parts may include oil, oil filter, lower unit oil, antifreeze, fuel stabilizer, etc.)

Winter Storage Rates:

Secure a spot for your watercraft in our gated facility.

• Indoor Jet Ski Storage: $500 / unit

• Outside Jet Ski Storage: $175 / unit (Includes trailer storage)

• Outside Boat Storage (25ft & under): $450/ season

• Outside Boat Storage (26ft & up): $650/ season

• Indoor Boat Storage: $65/ft (LOA ). Trailer will be included in this price if stored on a trailer.

• Trailer Storage Only: $250 / season

Shrink Wrapping

Includes vents and moisture bags.

• Boats: $30 / ft

• Jet Skis: $20 / ft

• Please Note: Shrink wrap is charged by your watercraft's LOA (Length Over All).

Power Washing

• Powerwash Pontoon: $125

Things to Remember when Prepping your PWC for Winter Services:

• Keys: Leave keys/lanyards/key fobs on boat/jetski

• Items on Watercraft: Take off anything that has a smell to it, is wet, valuable, or anything that may get moldy or attract unwanted rodents

• Covers can stay on: Watercraft will stay covered as it waits for service

• Fuel: Fuel tank MUST BE at least 1/2 full and not full. We will treat the fuel for however many gallons are in it. Filling your tank to the top may cause it to spill through the fuel vent as the temperature goes up and down

• Concierge Service: Lift must be working, keys must be on the watercraft, must have fuel

• Trailer Locks: Please remove them. Your watercraft will be stored in a secure gated lot.
