Mail-In Sea-Doo Jet Pump Rebuild Service (4-Stroke Only)

Restore Your Sea-Doo's Lost Power. No Matter Where You Live.

Is your Sea-Doo bouncing off the rev limiter, cavitating, or losing top-end speed? A worn-out jet pump is almost always the cause.

You don't have to wait weeks for a local dealership to fit you in, and you don't need to live in Ocean Pines to get Odyssea's expert service. Unbolt your pump, drop it in a box, and let our technicians completely rebuild it. We specialize in fast, professional mail-in service exclusively for 4-Stroke Sea-Doo models.

(Please Note: We do not accept or service 2-Stroke jet pumps due to parts availability. 4-Stroke Sea-Doos only).

The Complete Pump Rebuild ($539)

This is a complete, hands-on mechanical rebuild of your jet pump to restore it to factory spec.

What the $539 Rebuild Includes:

  • Complete pump disassembly and professional cleaning.

  • Brand new pump shaft.

  • Brand new bearing.

  • Brand new seals, O-rings, and clip.

  • New impeller nut.

  • Fresh, premium marine jet pump grease.

  • Reassembly and professional bench inspection.

What about Wear Rings and Impellers? The $539 price covers the complete rebuild of your pump's internal core. However, if your wear ring is gouged, or your impeller is bent/damaged from sucking up debris, those will need to be replaced to fix your cavitation issues.

Once we inspect your pump, if we find that it needs a new wear ring (typically ~$84 depending on the model) or a new impeller (typically ~$475 depending on the pitch/model), we will contact you immediately with a quote. We will never proceed with any extra parts or charges without your explicit approval.

How Our Mail-In Service Works

We make the process simple so you can get back on the water fast.

Step 1: Place Your Order Click the "Order Now" button below to purchase the $539 Complete Rebuild Service. This creates your official service ticket in our system. (During checkout, please provide your exact Sea-Doo Year and Model so we can pre-order your specific seals).

Step 2: Remove & Ship Your Pump Safely remove the jet pump assembly from your Sea-Doo. You only need to send the pump itself (do not send the steering nozzle, but make sure the tail cone is included). Securely box it up and ship it to our shop:

Odyssea Jet and Prop Shop ATTN: Mail-In Pump Service 11206 Five L Drive Ocean Pines, MD 21811

Please include a print-out of your order confirmation, or a note with your name, phone number, and return address inside the box.

Step 3: We Rebuild it Once we receive your pump, our goal is a 3-5 day turnaround time (often less). We will tear it down, rebuild the internals, and contact you if we find damage to the wear ring or impeller.

Step 4: Return Shipping Once the rebuild is completed and re-assembled, we will box your pump back up. We will then send you a final invoice for the Return Shipping Cost (and any approved extra parts). Once paid, your freshly rebuilt pump will ship right back to your door!

Frequently Asked Questions

Do you service older 2-Stroke Sea-Doos? No. Due to the difficulty of sourcing reliable parts, this service is exclusively for modern 4-Stroke Sea-Doo models. If you send us a 2-stroke pump, we will have to return it to you.

Do you service Yamaha or Kawasaki pumps? No, this specific mail-in rebuild service is exclusively for Sea-Doo jet pumps.

What is your turnaround time? We aim to service and ship your pump within 3-5 business days of receiving it at the shop.

What if I'm local? If you live near the Ocean Pines / Ocean City area, skip the shipping! Just call us at (410) 973-2890 or stop by the shop, and we will perform the rebuild right here in the bay.

Is your Sea-Doo cavitating, feeling "slippy" on takeoff, bouncing off the rev limiter, or losing top-end speed? A worn-out jet pump is the likely culprit.

Don't wait weeks for a local dealership to look at your ski. Unbolt your pump, drop it in a box, and let the experts at Odyssea Jet & Prop Shop rebuild it completely. Stop guessing and let us restore your machine's acceleration and top speed.

The Complete Pump Rebuild ($539)

This is not a patch job. We completely tear down your jet pump and replace all the critical internal moving parts so it spins like it just came off the showroom floor.

What the $539 Rebuild Includes:

  • Complete pump disassembly and professional cleaning.

  • Brand new pump shaft.

  • Brand new bearings.

  • Brand new seals and O-rings.

  • Fresh, premium marine jet pump grease.

  • Reassembly and professional bench inspection.

What About Wear Rings & Impellers?

The $539 rebuild covers your pump's core internals. However, if your wear ring is chewed up or your impeller is bent/damaged from sucking up rocks, we will need to replace them to fix your cavitation issue.

Because every Sea-Doo model is slightly different, these parts are priced separately:

  • OEM Wear Ring Replacement: ~$84 (Depends on your exact Sea-Doo model).

  • Impeller Replacement: ~$475 (Depends on your exact model and whether you want OEM or an aftermarket performance pitch).

The Simple 3-Step Process:

Step 1: Mail Us Your Pump. Purchase the $539 Complete Rebuild service online. Package your pump securely and ship it to our bay in Ocean Pines, MD.

Step 2: The Inspection & Quote. Once it lands on our bench, we will tear it down. If your wear ring and impeller look great, we simply rebuild the pump internals and send it back. If we find that your wear ring is gouged or your impeller is damaged, we will call you immediately with a quote for those specific parts before we proceed.

Step 3: Rebuild & Return. Once the work is approved and completed, we pack your freshly rebuilt pump up and ship it right back to your door, ready to be bolted on.

Note: Customers are responsible for the initial shipping costs to the shop, as well as the return shipping costs after the service is complete.
