From Local Shop to National Hub: Our 2026 Winter "Monster" Build
If the lights at the shop seemed to be on a little later than usual this winter, there’s a good reason.
While the skis in Ocean Pines were tucked away under shrink wrap, we were busy behind the scenes with a single, laser-focused mission: To build Odyssea into the most helpful, technically advanced PWC resource on the water—not just for our neighbors in Maryland, but for riders across the country.
As a family-owned business, we’ve always believed that if you treat people right and share your knowledge, the growth will follow. This winter, we doubled down on that belief. Here is a look at the "Monster" we’ve built for you for the 2026 season.
1. The Official US Home of TrimX Performance
The biggest news of the winter was our partnership with TrimX Australia. We are proud to serve as the US Master Distributor officially. We’ve cleared out a section of our shop specifically for inventory and shipping, allowing us to get these game-changing steering nozzles into the hands of US riders with 2-day shipping and zero customs headaches.
2. Mechanic-Verified OEM Parts: The End of Ordering Errors
We’ve heard the horror stories: you spend an hour on a confusing parts website, order what you think is the right wear ring or sensor, and two weeks later a random warehouse sends the wrong item.
This winter, we launched our OEM Part Concierge Service. We now source genuine Sea-Doo, Yamaha, and Kawasaki parts for our followers nationwide. You simply fill out our fitment form with your machine's details, and I personally verify the part number against the factory diagrams. Once verified, the parts are shipped directly from our distributors to your door. We handle the "technical guessing" so you can focus on the repair.
3. The Digital Service Desk: Professional Support Tickets
As our community grew, our DMs became a bottleneck. To provide the best service possible, we’ve moved all order updates, repair quotes, and technical inquiries into a professional Support Ticket System inside our Discord along with our “Get a Quote” on our website. This ensures your private information (like VINs and addresses) stays secure and your request is never buried. Every ticket is tracked through our shop software until the job is done.
4. An All-New Digital "Home Base"
We’ve completely rebuilt jetandpropshop.com from the ground up. This isn't just a brochure; it’s a tool for you. You can now access our national services, book local drop-offs via a 24/7 calendar, and browse a searchable technical library to help you handle your own repairs with confidence.
5. "The Daily Grind" in Your Pocket
We’ve committed to being the most transparent shop in the industry. That means we are now posting daily on TikTokand 4-5 days a week on Instagram and Facebook. We’re sharing technical teardowns, "Hidden Killer" warnings, and real-time updates on what's on the bench. If we're picking up a wrench, we're sharing the knowledge with you.
6. The Odyssea PWC Crew Discord
We’ve moved "Beyond the DMs." Our new Discord server is officially the digital headquarters for the crew. With dedicated channels for technical support, ride meetups, and "Shop Cam" highlights, it’s the place to get real-time answers without the gatekeeping found on old-school forums.

7. Rep the Crew: 2026 "Mechanic-Grade" Merch
You asked for it, and we delivered. This winter we launched our all-new lineup of Odyssea Shop Gear. We designed heavy-duty hoodies and classic black tees that can handle the salt air, grease, and long days in the bay. When you wear our gear, you’re part of the team.
8. The Founding Six: Our Ambassador Program
Community is nothing without the people who lead it. We are officially launching the Odyssea Ambassador Program with our first 6 Founding Members. These riders represent the elite standard of the Odyssea brand—active on the water, experts in the garage, and leaders in the PWC community. This is just the start; we have more spots opening soon as we grow this team.
9. National Support: Mail-In Jet Pump Services
We realized that riders around the US may struggle with the distance to their dealers for repairs. To help, we launched:
