Returns & Exchanges We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, we accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return, parts must be:
New and completely uninstalled: We cannot accept returns on parts that have been bolted on, plugged in, or tested on a watercraft.
In their original, undamaged packaging with all included hardware and instructions.
Shipping Costs & Fees
Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
Original Shipping Deductions: If your return is due to ordering the incorrect part (or a change of mind), the actual cost we paid to ship the original order to you will be deducted from your refund—even if your order originally qualified for "free shipping."
Restocking Fee: A standard 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. This covers unrefunded credit card processing fees and the labor required to inspect and restock the inventory.
